“Neil has been my coach now for over five years. In that time, my professional role has changed from being the head of a single school to becoming the Principal of an academy chain of five schools. Coping with such rapid movement, in the context of a dynamically changing educational landscape, has confirmed my view that coaching is an essential part of any school leader's support network. Neil's skill as a coach is his ability to elicit deeper and broader perspectives through incisive questioning and to facilitate the creation and exploration of new and creative solutions to what previously seemed insurmountable challenges.”
John Ayres OBE, Principal of the Eden Academy Trust

“Neil has made a significant contribution to whole school development through his coaching programme. The coaching process has enabled colleagues to prioritise, develop and reflect more deeply. I have had the privilege of individual coaching. These coaching sessions have provided time out to reflect on the big picture, gather thoughts and truly think. As a result I am able to focus on what will make a difference to children and adults in our school family. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”
Leonora Prewett, Headteacher of Dunstable Icknield Lower School
